• Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing or purchasing cannabis products complies with local, state, federal, or international laws.
• COAs: Where applicable, Certificates of Analysis are available by batch/lot and summarize potency and safety testing.

4. Orders & Payments

• Offer & Acceptance: Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept, decline, or cancel at our discretion.
• Confirmation: Order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee fulfillment.
• Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. Final totals are shown at checkout.
• Payment: We accept major cards and select digital wallets via secure processors. You authorize us to charge your selected method for the total amount.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT/GST, or other taxes.
• Chargebacks & Fraud: We may investigate suspected fraud. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested and can result in account suspension.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Services: Domestic and, where legally permitted, international shipping. Fees are calculated at checkout.
• Estimates: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; we are not liable for courier delays or events beyond our control.
• Address: You must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for loss or delay due to incorrect addresses.
• Signature & Age: Adult signature/ID may be required upon delivery, per local law or carrier policy.
• Title & Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer to the carrier.
• International: Recipient pays duties/taxes/clearance fees. Customs decisions are final; we cannot guarantee clearance. See our International Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Process: Email info@purecannastoredispensary.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
• Refunds: Issued to the original method after inspection of returned items.
• Exclusions: Perishable, opened, or used consumables, gift cards, and final-sale items are not returnable. See our Returns/Exchange Policy for full details.

7. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

• Promotions/Coupons: One per order unless stated; non-transferable; subject to expiration and minimum spend; cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift Cards: Final sale; not reloadable; cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law; lost/stolen cards are not replaceable.
• Rewards: Points, tiers, and perks are promotional and may change or be discontinued; earned points have no cash value.

18. Subscriptions & Auto-Renew

• Some products may offer subscription pricing. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency until canceled.
• Cancel anytime before the next renewal date via your account or by contacting support. Fees already processed may be non-refundable once fulfillment begins.

19. E-Sign & Communications Consent

• By using the Site, you consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically.
• Opt-in SMS/WhatsApp/email alerts may be provided for orders and promotions. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time via provided controls.

20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

• Binding Arbitration: Except for small-claims or IP claims, disputes will be resolved by confidential, individual arbitration. No judge or jury.
• No Class Actions: You may bring claims only on your own behalf, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance of these Terms by emailing legal@purecannastoredispensary.com with your account details and a clear statement of opt-out.

Arbitration procedures and forum will follow applicable rules; each party bears its own fees unless a statute provides otherwise.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in California for any non-arbitrable disputes.

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of government, war, terrorism, epidemics, supply chain disruptions, or internet/service outages.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
