At Pure Canna Store Dispensary, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Below is our clear, customer-friendly return policy.


✅ 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt or invoice)

🧪 Note: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable cannabis products, unless they are damaged or defective.


🚫 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened perishables (e.g., edibles, oils, tinctures)

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or loyalty rewards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items


📦 3. How to Initiate a Return

Getting started is simple:

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • A brief reason for the return

  3. Once approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and send return instructions

📌 Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


🚚 4. Return Shipping Details

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item or defective product)

  • Tracking Recommended: Use a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or delays


💳 5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email:

  • Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Rejected Returns: You’ll be contacted with the reason, and the product will be returned to you at your cost (shipping charges apply)


♻️ 6. Damaged or Defective Items? We’ve Got You.

We only replace products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping, or

  • Defective upon arrival

What to do If this happens:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package

  2. Provide photos of the item and packaging

  3. We’ll issue a replacement or full refund — no extra charge
