Note: Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.

- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue you store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used on future purchases.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on the following items:
- Used or Opened Consumables: Products such as edibles, oils, tinctures, and other consumable items once opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Sale and Clearance Items: Items purchased as part of a sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Digital Products: Any downloadable or digital products are non-refundable.
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been processed.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
