Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If not, our exchange process is simple, fair, and fast.
How Exchanges Work
1) Eligibility
- Unused, original condition with intact packaging.
- Request made within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-consumables (e.g., accessories) or unopened items only.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required.
We cannot accept items that are opened, used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
2) Start an Exchange
- Contact us: Email info@purecannastoredispensary.com within 14 days. Include order number, item(s), and reason.
- Return instructions: We’ll email steps and the return address.
- Ship back: Send the item as instructed. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: After inspection, we send a replacement or issue store credit.
3) Conditions for Approval
- Original, unopened condition with all tags and packaging.
- No customer damage (broken seals, spilled contents, altered items).
- Report defective or incorrect products immediately for a free exchange.
4) Replacement or Store Credit
- Replacement: If stock is available, we replace defective/incorrect items at no cost.
- Store Credit: If unavailable, we issue credit equal to the item value.
5) Not Eligible
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., edibles, oils, tinctures).
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Items marked clearance or final sale (unless defective).
6) Exchange Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is customer-paid unless due to our error or a defect.
- If it’s our error, we cover all return shipping costs.
