✅ 1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Your request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The product is returned in resellable condition

Important: Opened, used, or damaged items (due to misuse) are not eligible for a refund.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return address and specific shipping instructions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect

Step 4: Get Your Refund

  • After inspection, we’ll issue your refund via your chosen method (see below)


💳 3. Refund Options

You can choose between:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
    Funds are returned to the original credit card or payment source within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Store Credit
    Receive a credit voucher for the full value of your return, usable on any future purchase.


🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used consumables (edibles, tinctures, oils)

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale or clearance items, unless defective upon arrival

  • Digital or downloadable products
