  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Due to health and safety regulations, consumable cannabis products cannot be returned once opened unless they are defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., edibles, oils) that have been opened.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Await Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • Recommended Practice: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

5. Refunds and Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If rejected, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
