Exchange Policy

🔄 Exchange Policy | Pure Canna Store Dispensary

At Pure Canna Store Dispensary, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that exchanges may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines everything you need to know to request a fast and hassle-free exchange.


✅ 1. Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

🧪 Note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used cannabis products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or arrived damaged.


❌ 2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We cannot accept exchanges on the following:

  • Opened perishables (edibles, tinctures, oils, etc.)

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or rewards points

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance


📦 3. How to Request an Exchange

To begin your exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@purecannastoredispensary.com or call +1(202) – 773 – 5897

    Provide the following:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to exchange

    • The reason for the exchange

  2. If approved, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.


🚚 4. Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost packages.


🔁 5. Exchange Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days

  • We’ll email you a new tracking number once your replacement ships

Need it sooner? Let us know — we’ll do our best to expedite your request.


♻️ 6. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

We will replace any item that:

  • Arrives damaged due to shipping, or

  • Is defective out of the box

To request a replacement:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package

  2. Send clear photos of the product and packaging

  3. We’ll send a replacement or full refund, free of charge
